Crypto regulation faces even steeper climb

Bitcoin and similar digital currencies are so new, that there’s no specific federal law governing them. Experts say the EPA decision will indeed become the lever to move many regulations off their tracks – experts. The SEC might get the opportunity to be vindicated from government courts due to bureaucratic regulations that allow the commission wide control over venture contracts, experts say.
