Dr. Craig Wright and Stefan Matthews helped restore the original Bitcoin protocol. They met with Calvin Ayre in Antigua and arranged to meet in Vancouver. In exchange, Wright received funding to rehire staff and pay his ATO-related legal bills. The term sheet was signed at Ayre's office on June 29, 2015, brokered by Ayre, who set up a company to acquire 100% of the IP belonging to all of Wright's companies, as well as Bitcoin/blockchain-related IP. The deal was brokered at Wright's office in London with his wife and his wife Ramona in Wimbledon, and Wright and Ramona found a place to live in Manila when he got a call of Wiredo. Source
