Celsius Shareholder BnkToTheFuture Proposes Bitcoin Investments, Restructuring in Rescue Bid

The second proposal is to form a pool of the most influential holders of bitcoin (BTC) and have them “co-invest with the community” in a bid to raise significant amounts of capital for Celsius. BnkToTheFuture said it had handled the previous fundraising of over $20 million for Celsius in which some 1,039 investors participated. Celsius is set to launch its first major venture venture in the next year, with a total of $100 million raised by investors and $1.2 billion. The company said it has already raised over $30 million in the past year for Celsius, including $1 billion in total for the start-up and $20.5 million for the last three years for the first time.
